We buy houses of all sizes, prices, conditions, and in many different locations across Southern Maryland. We will also buy any type of home, detached single-family, multi-family, condos, townhomes, apartments, etc.
Q. What areas to you buy houses in?
We buy houses in many areas of Southern Maryland. Some of the counties we work in include Calvert, Charles, Prince George’s, and St. Mary’s county. If you are outside of this area and not sure if we buy houses in your location, call or email us now!
Q. What if I am behind on my payments or in foreclosure?
We buy houses from people in many different situations. If you are behind on payments or in pre-foreclosure, we may still be able to help. Q. What if my home is currently rented by a tenant?
If you are currently renting your home, that is no problem. We will buy homes with tenants in place or assist with relocating the tenant when needed. And bad tenants are no problem either. If you have a problem tenant and just want out, we can buy your property and deal with the tenant issues ourselves.
Q. What if my property is in need of repairs?
If your property needs repairs, whether a little or a lot, it’s okay. We buy houses in all kinds of conditions. There is no need for you to do any repairs before selling your home to us.
Q. Do you charge me any fees?
No! We don’t take listings like a real estate agent, we buy houses. When you work with Southern Maryland Home Buyers you will never need to pay us any fees. In fact, our goal is to try and make you a fair deal that can put some money back in your pocket at closing!
Q. How long does it take to get an offer after submitting my info?
